Delivery

The cost of delivery is FREE. Your package will be sent using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. You will be able to track your delivery on line with a personal number for your package.

Payment

You DO NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay for an order.  Just enter your normal card details on the left hand side of the page when requested to at the checkout.  PureMama does not have access to any of your card details, just what you have ordered and where it is to be shipped to.

Packaging

This will be kept to a minimum because of our commitment to the environment. We will endeavour to recycle our packaging.

Re-Orders

If the organic cream, or the linen and bamboo ranges are out of stock, we will try to re-stock in five working days. If this is not possible and you are keen to buy a particular item that is currently out of stock please email us at info@puremama.co.uk stating which product you are interested in and we will try our best to get it for you. Unfortunately, there can be no re-orders on the designer range because of the nature of buying Fairtrade products.

Stock Levels

When there is no stock left of a particular size or item, we will show this on the website. This will be checked at least once a day. However, if you do order a particular item that is out of stock, you will not be charged. You will be sent an email stating this, and asking if you would like the item ordered in.

SECURE WEBSITE

Buying from pureMama is secure. The locked padlock in the bottom right-hand corner of your monitor indicates that the site is secure.

pureMama uses Pay Pal as its method of collecting payments, which means that pureMama CAN NOT access or see your card details at any time. Pay Pal accepts all major debit and credit cards, see the home page for a list of the major cards that are accepted.

If there is doubt in terms of the credibility of any payment details someone from pureMama will contact you to ask further questions regarding your purchase. Please don't be offended.

Returns Policy

pureMama will accept returns without any fuss within 28 days of purchase. If you want to exchange your garment for another in a different size, that is fine! The clothes must not have been worn. If the clothes have been worn, other than for trying on the garment, then no refund will be given. Please could you email info@puremama.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your products letting us know there is a problem with your purchase.

Liability

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
pureMama shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.

Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer.
All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
All of the above does not effect your statutory rights.
